TOUR HIGHLIGHTS:
The world famous river “Mekong” flows from China pass Thailand, Laos, Cambodia through the China Sea of Vietnam (4,590 Km long). To bring you to touch a charming of this river we choose to ride on scenic back roads and village roads that follows along Mekong River where it is hidden from tourist eye so you will understand the meaning of “wonderful world” clearly. During a cycling day you will find many interesting daily works of local people along the riverside plus a beautiful nature of the river and vary style of house architecture from local huts of farmers in rice field till decorated houses of merchants in the town including a fantastic of local Thai food and fruits. So join us to find a charming of Mekong River together!

Day 1: Bangkok – Udon Thani – Nong Khai                            Ride 15-30 Km
Fly from Bangkok to Udon Thani then travel by van to Nong Khai, Thailand’s northeastern border province sites on the right bank of the Mekong River opposite to Tha Dua of Laos PDR. This province has been selected by modern international magazines to be the best residential area of the world number 7 that it was considered by its geographic characteristics, the cost of living, arts and culture, residential place, environment surroundings and etc. Late afternoon, warm up by easy ride to wonder around the town.

Day 2:  Nong Khai – Sakon Nakhon                                       Ride 80-100 Km
Ride from Nong Khai to Ban Chiang, the northeastern region’s most important historical site designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After lunch travel by van to Sakon Nakhon province that is famous for its 3,000 year ancient civlisation, beautiful Phu Thai Beauties and religious Buddhists.

Day 3: Sakon Nakhon – Nakhon Phanom                             Ride 80-100 Km
Ride from Sakon Nakhon to Nakhon Phanom, city of Mountains sites opposite Kammouan Province of Laos PDR. Here! you can find a variety of valuable cultures of ethnic group and a magnificent Mekong River Scenery.

Day 4: Nakhon Phanom – Mukdahan                                    Ride 80-100 Km
Keep cycling on scenic back road that follows along the Mekong River to visit precious Phrathat Phanom, a highly revered religious monument throughout northeastern Thailand and Laos before continue riding past agricultural village of Wan Yai district to Mukdahan province, a gateway town to Indochina and a bustling trading center of Indochina which have full various beautiful natural resources

Day 5: Mukdahan – Amnat Charoen – Ubon Ratchathani   Ride 80-100 Km
Today we will ride climb up and down hill on scenic back roads that follows along the various curves of Mekong River past the longest beautiful scenery of the river and beautiful famous reefs of the river as Kaeng Tang Lang and Kaeng Hin Chan before heading past a charming peaceful district of Khemmarat through Hat Song Salueng, a golden sandy beach of the river.

Day 6:  Hat Song Salueng–Pha Taem National Park– Khong Chiam      Ride 80-100 Km
Ride up and down hill on scenic back roads that follows along the Mekong River past agricultural and fishing villages to a charming district of Khong Chiam where you can see the phenomenon of the "two-colored river" of Mekong River before it flows into Laos and then Cambodia. Stop en route visit Khaeng Tana National Park where you will see prehistoric cliff painting "Pha Taem", an unusual sandstone rock formation that is decorated with 4,000 year olds of huge figures, geometrical designs that painted in an indelible red pigment derived from soil.

Day 7: Khong Chiam–Chong Mek Border Pass –Laos (Champasak)  
Ride 60-80 Km
Today we will travel from Thailand cross Chong Mek Border to Southern Laos before continue cycling to the west bank of Mekong River to the 10 th century Khmer temples, “Vat Phou”,   a 1,000 year old in the Champasak cultural landscape that was designated a World Heritage Site in 2001.

Day 8: Champasak–Si Phan Don (4,000 Island) -Don Khong             
Ride 40-60 Km
Today we ride on local road that follows along the Mekong River and hills past rice paddies, temples and schools through Don Khong, the largest island in the Si Phan Don (means 4,000 islands) where the Mekong river spreads to a width of up to 14 kilometres during the rainy season, forming hundreds of islands and islets. Khong Island or Don Khong is the largest island in the area offering the serene monasteries and one of the most scenic areas in Laos..

Day 9: Don Khong                                                                     Ride 15-25 Km
For get to know more about the gentle pace of Local life in Don Khong so we will ride to  wonder around the island and visit its interesting places on the roadside as open market, temples with stop en route to chat with local people. Evening is free to relax with a beautiful stunning view of sunset above the river.

Day 10: Don Khong–Chong Mex Border–Thailand- Khong Chiam     
Ride 40 Km
Half-day ride from Don Khong to Khong Phapheng, the world’s longest waterfalls. After lunch, travel by van pass Chong Mek Border Pass back to Thailand. Arrive to Khong Chiam in the evening.

Day 11:  Khong Chiam
One day rest for relax in swimming pool or by traditional Thai Massage at the hotel.

Day 12:  Khong Chiam – Ubon Ratchathani Airport
Transfer to Ubon Ratchathani Airport for fly to Bangkok. End of service at the airport.

-We provides good quality 24 gears bicycle with front suspension that fixed for     your height from bicycle frame size 13” till size 20”including helmets (medium     and large size) and bicycle water bottles.
- A support air-con van with Thule roof rack and two-way radio accompanies       during riding to carry supplies, bicycle tools & spare parts, first aid kits,
  drinking water, snacks and provide a welcome break when your have had
  enough peddling for the day.

- Our experienced bicycle trail leader accompanies group during riding with
  two-way radios.

- Cycle route and distance of riding can be changed and adjusted to fit for
