Day 1:
Bangkok
Arrival at Bangkok, International
Airport.
Meeting here, going to the hotel.
Meal: D
Day 2:
Bangkok / Mae Sot
After breakfast going together
by taxi to
the northern bus terminal.
Taking the bus to Mae Sot. Lunch at a service area
on the way, arrival in the afternoon.
Meeting tour service car at the busstation in Mae Sot
and going together to the holiday resort.
For dinner going to town by service car,
or taking a walk over the market shopping
fresh food for barbecue at the resort.

Day 3:
Mae Sot / Moije City / Moije River
( Biking 25 km )
In the morning after breakfast,
going together
to Mae Sot for receiving the bikes.
Then starting the first short bike ride near Mae Sot.
Lunch break on the way in one of the
numerous delicious street restaurants.
Dinner together in Mae Sot, or in Moije City,
at the border to Myanmar.

Day 4:
Mae Sot / Taksin Nationalpark /
Lan Sang Nationalpark / Tak
( Biking 80 km )
After breakfast in Mae Sot,
start of the cycling tour.
The way goes hilly but not too much steeply.
Always the accompanied car will be present.
You´ll take two greater breaks on that etappe,
visiting the nationalparks.
You can refresh in the beautiful waterfalls and take
lunch in Lan Sang Nationalpark.
After that the way mostly goes flat and down
to the Ping River valley at Tak.
Dinner on the Ping river promenade at the
evening market in Tak.

Day 5:
Tak / Bhumibol Reservoir
( Biking 60 km )
Most times the way goes flat
on local roads
in the plain area of Ping river valley.
The scenery with view on Ping river seems to be
a little bit dreamy, illustrating the many sandy banks
and the small boats, cruising the shallow water.
Lunch at Amphoe Ban Tak on Ping riverside.
Dinner at Amphoe Sam Ngao.
Meal: B, L, D
Day 6:
Bhumibol Reservoir / Mae Ping Nationalpark )
( Cruising / Trekking )
After breakfast have a cruise
on Ping river
at Bhumibol Reservoir.
Lunch in a riverside restaurant.
Then going on a trekking tour in Mae Ping Nationalpark.
Dinner at Ban Kaw Tung.
Meal: B, L, D
Day 7:
Mae Ping Nationalpark / Si Satchanalai
( Biking 50 - 80 km )
After breakfast start of the
bicycletour to Si Satchanalai.
Lunch in Thoen at Mae Nam Wang.
Wang is a river with the mouth at Ping,
same more km in southern direction.
After lunch you can continue biking to
Si Satchanalai as long as you want.
The last part of that etappe is on car.
Dinner at Si Satchanalai.

Day 8:
Si Satchanalai / Sukhothai
( Biking 70 km )
Start of the tour in the morning
time after breakfast.
The way goes flat to little bit hilly in the
Mae Nam Yom valley.
On program are the visits of both historical
parks
from the Sukhothai periode.
The UNESCO has proclaimed the parks as a
World Heritage Site in 1991.
Lunch at Sawankhalok
After visit of Sukhothai going by car to Phitsanulok.
Dinner at Phitsanulok.
Meal: B, L, D
Day 9:
Phitsanulok / Bangkok
( Train )
Breakfast at Phitsanulok Hill
Resort.
Then transfer to Phitsanulok station.
Going back by train to Bangkok.
Lunch in train.
Arrive at Bangkok Hua Lamphong station
to the evening time.
End of tour service. B, L
Options:
Lengthening travel service on day 9 with transfer
to Hotel.
Option of tourprogram widening
to Doi Tao and Chiang Mai.
