Phuket "Pearl of the South" is the biggest island of Thailand. It is described as one of the world's best tourist destinations.
Efforts to enchant vacationists have never failed here. The many dream beaches and the tropical vegetation belongs to the main attractions, side by side to still upgrowing supply variety.
At the northern end the Sarasin Bridge connects the island with the mainland of the thai big peninsula. Bicycle tourists find good road conditions. There are only few, short gradiants. The ways of the guided tours run largely flat. You will experience the tour with us like an extensive "sightseeing walk on the saddle" breaking up relaxing and with accompanied service car. The climatic conditions promote your metabolism and the thirst appearing certainly contributes to the detoxication of the organism. Others have decided on riding a bike so that the culinary delicacies can be consumed unhesitatingly and with appetite. It is no longer far up to the Phangnga Bay on the mainland. Bizarre karst rocks with limestone caves surrounded by natural river arms, lagoons and luxuriant mangrove woods, keeps their original earthy state. One can do fantastic boat trips to the numerous offshore islands of the Phangnga Bay. Among them is also included the famous "Jame's Bond Island of Khao Tapu". The complete surroundings with an area of 400 km ² were declared the Phang Nga National Park.
From Phangnga to Krabi it is about 100 km. The Road is not far from the coast and the route is largely flat well with some light waves in the height profile. At Krabi there are very beautiful cycle tours to the famous attractions of the province with national parks, as there are Ao Nang Beach in front of prominent rock formations, Noppharat Thara Maritime National Park and more.

 

Bike Ride in Southern Thailand

Bike tour Phuket - Khao Lak - Khao Sok Nationalpark

4 Days, 3 Nights Trip

Activities: Cycling – Sightseeing – Kayaking – Swimming – Night Safari

Day 1: Cycling – Distance about 50-60km.
           Pick up at hotel, Kata Beach, Phuket. Bike ride from Phuket to Khao Lak.
           On the way: Visit of sea aquarium in Thay Muang.
           Have lunch and then transfer by car to Khao Lak.

Day 2: Cycling – Distance about 60-70km.
           Bike ride to Ban Nam Kem fishermen village that has been devastated by
          Tsunami  2004 and then cycling to Khao Sok.

Day 3: Cycling – Distance about 25km.
           Morning cycle around Khao Sok National park  After lunch transfer by car to
           Khao Sok Dam ( Ratcha Prapha Dam ) for taking a long taill boat to raft house.
           Night safari to see the animals.          

Tag 4: Breakfast, Kayaking, Swimming
           In the afternoon ride by boat back to National Park entrance.
           Transfer by accompanied car from Khao Sok
           to Phang Nga, or Khao Lak, or Phuket, or optional.
           End of tour.

Bike tour Phuket - Phangnga - Krabi - Phuket

1. Etappe: Phuket - Phangnga = 95 km
Tourstations: Phuket Town, Thalang, Sai Kaew Beach, Sarasin Bridge,
Phangnga Nationalpark, Phangnga.

2. Etappe: Phangnga - Krabi = 106 km
Tourstations: Phangnga, Ao Luek, Thaan Boak Ko Ra Nee Nationalpark, Krabi.

3. Etappe: Krabi - Noppharat Thara Marine Nationalpark - Krabi = 60 km
Tourstations: Krabi, Fossil Shell Beach, Ao Nang Beach, Nopharat Thara Beach, Krabi.

4. Etappe: Krabi - Noppharat Thara Marine Nationalpark - Phuket = 40 km
Tourstations: Krabi, Baan Chong Phlee, Noppharat Thara Beach.

On a boat trip in the afternoon through the offshore islands between Krabi and Phuket,
we go back to Phuket.
