General terms & conditions

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The booking will only be accepted when tour operator Bike & Travel Co. receives your completed booking form and a deposit and issues you a written confirmation account.  A deposit of 50% of tour price is required to reserve space.  Balance is due on the first date of this tour by pay cash at our bicycle trailed leader. In case of you cancel a trip later than 20 days before departure day.  We will not refund you deposit money.

TERMS OF PAYMENT:

A deposit of half of the tour price must at the latest
being done 30 days before the start of trip. ( Currency = THB).
The balance has to be paid on the first day of the tour in cash.

CANCELLATION:

The cancellation of the tour must be presented in writing and is effective on the date of the incoming mail with the tour operator. The applicable cancellation fees give up as follows:

cancellatin over 30 days before start of trip = no charge
cancellation within 30 days until 20 days before start of trip = 30% of the tour price.
cancellation no refund = within 20 days to start of trip.

THE TOUR COSTS CONTAIN:

Details of the tour are described individually in the tour programs.

THE TOUR COSTS DO NOT CONTAIN:

Hotel accommodation before and after the tour, (listed particularly if not), optional excursions, tips, medical preventions, alcoholic drinks, hospital costs and medicine, emergency - evacuation costs, personal interests, loss of personal objects, delays in the tour plan which cannot be accused to the tour operator.

MEALS:

Meals are often included. Please see individual tour itineraries for details.

INSURANCE:

Bike & Travel co. is insured at Royal and Sun Alliance Insurance (Thailand) Ltd.

CHANGES AT THE ARRANGEMENT AND ITINERARY:

Changes can occur without advance notice.
These would be: Acts of god, strikes, war, illness, state intervention, theft, material fracture or similar occurrences. The organizer does not assume any liability for any costs which are related to results of these events.

RISKS:

You understand that the tour can include inherent dangers for your life, health and qualities. Your tour can also be negatively influenced by the strengths of nature, animals, war or military activity, local political conditions, local laws, inferior hygiene standards, transport, and customs, industrial actions, accommodation etc.. You accept these risks and confirm that the tour operator cannot be dragged to the responsibility for injury to persons or property damage or any related costs which in connection with this would be given up as a result of your participation in the tour.
